Key Responsibilities
- Serving as an onsite Assistant Project Manager supporting a major project
- Supporting project scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Aiding in procurement, purchase orders, and project buyouts
- Maintaining oversight of jobsite progress through reporting and status updates
- Communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to update project status and build strong relationships
- Attending and participating in project meetings to align teams
- Supporting financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Collaborating with field teams, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure quality and alignment
- Making timely, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Identifying risks and solving problems proactively
- Supporting safety and project compliance
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Curtainwall or façade industry experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Albany, NY for 18 months

Pay
Compensation Range: $100,000/yr-$115,000/yr.
