Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Project Manager in daily project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations
- Help prepare project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders
- Support the resolution of onsite issues and facilitate effective problem-solving
- Participate in project meetings and assist with project close-out procedures

Construction Site (full-time, on-site).
No remote or hybrid
Career Path
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- CQM-C certification preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in commercial construction as a Assistant Project Construction Manager
- Healthcare and/or U.S. Government building project experience is preferred
- Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm
- Cost and schedule management experience
- Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and construction management software (experience with Procore is a plus)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required
