Assistant Construction Manager

About the role

Toll Brothers, America’s leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Superintendent for one of our new home communities in Montebello, California.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion
• Scheduling and oversight of subcontractors and laborers
• Obtain all permits and order required building materials
• Schedule required building inspections
• All pre-settlement inspections
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience (including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction)
• A thorough knowledge of all trades
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of BuildPro (preferred)

Benefits

The salary for this position is $19.00 - $36.78 per hour plus a standard per home bonus program and a monthly mobile device allowance.
