Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Officers in validating key indicators within communities, ensuring compliance with contracts or agreements.
• Escalate issues or risks requiring special attention immediately.
• Ensure you have the relevant training, competence, and authority before undertaking activities.
• Contribute to monitoring training and development programs for community members, particularly focusing on skills transfer and in-team training to ensure required competencies and behaviors related to your area.
• Ensure the formal transfer of projects to final beneficiaries and/or institutions, including respective maintenance responsibilities that they must fulfill as recipients of the donated work.
• Conduct follow-up and reporting on continuous improvement activities to provide enhanced operational performance.
• Perform other related and inherent tasks as required by the role.
