Location: Frederick, MD. Type: Full-time position. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with alternating extended weekday hours until 7:00 PM (two days per week) and alternating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Minimum Experience: Two years of property management experience required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience. Industry certifications such as CAM, ARM, or NALP are a plus. What You’ll Do Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goalsAssist with resident move-ins, renewals, and move-outsBuild strong relationships with current and prospective residentsHelp oversee collections and delinquency effortsResolve resident concerns with professionalism and careSupport the Community Manager with operational and financial responsibilitiesEnsure company policies and procedures are followedDeliver outstanding customer service and create a positive resident experienceHelp lead and support the onsite team to achieve community goals #INDSJ
