Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist - Silver Lake Commons

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager/Occupancy Specialist supports daily operations and financial performance of HUD-assisted and/or LIHTC communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and effective leasing and occupancy management in the absence of the Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations and financial performance of HUD-assisted and/or LIHTC communities
• Ensures regulatory compliance
• Fosters resident satisfaction
• Manages leasing and occupancy effectively
• Works in the absence of the Community Manager

Requirements

• Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school OR have 6 months of experience OR have an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Possess a valid Driver’s License with access to a registered and insured vehicle
• Must be a Certified Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist (HUD), or equivalent within 18 months of hire
• Real Estate License must be obtained within 9 months of employment
• Certified Assisted Housing Manager, Certified Tax Credit Specialist is preferred

Pay

$22.00/hour - $25.00/hour; Depending on experience

Schedule

Mon-Fri; Daylight Hours
