About the role
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the Foothills Park community, including resident engagement, maintenance oversight, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Engage with residents through regular meetings and events
- Oversight of community maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with property management team to address resident concerns
- Organize and execute community events and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community management or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with community management software
