About the role

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the Foothills Park community, including resident engagement, maintenance oversight, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with residents through regular meetings and events
  • Oversight of community maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with property management team to address resident concerns
  • Organize and execute community events and activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in community management or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with community management software
