About the role

The Assistant Community Manager at Slate Canyon is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing community events.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Organizing and executing community events
  • Maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors
  • Assisting with maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or community management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with community management software
  • Knowledge of local regulations and policies
