About the role
The Assistant Community Manager at Slate Canyon is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing community events.
Responsibilities
- Responding to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Organizing and executing community events
- Maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- Assisting with maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or community management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with community management software
- Knowledge of local regulations and policies
