Assistant Community Manager

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager is a key role within the vibrant apartment community in SLC. This position supports daily operations, enhances the resident experience, and contributes to a team known for exceptional service and a commitment to creating a welcoming living space.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and allocate/post details of business transactions to accounts from various documents.
• Maintain resident information systems and files, and interact/resolve any concerns.
• Supervise leasing personnel and maintenance operations in the absence of the Community Manager.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of assistant management experience in the multi-family industry.
• Yardi (or industry-related software) is preferred.
• Detail and task-oriented.
• Proven decision-making abilities.
