Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property
- Prepares monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions
- Posts and reconciles transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation
- Maintains resident files and systems
- Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community
- Assists residents and resolves concerns with professionalism and care
- Supervises leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in property management within the multi-family industry
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and task orientation
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
