Aspen Square Management, a company with over six decades of experience in providing apartment homes across the nation, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join the team at Meadow Lakes in Naples, FL. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding property occupancy and collection goals while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential residents with warmth and enthusiasm
• Conduct tours of apartment homes and amenities, highlighting unique features
• Develop and implement creative and extensive marketing campaigns
• Implement effective strategies to collect rent and minimize delinquencies
• Guide prospective residents through the application process, providing exceptional customer service
• Utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office and One-Site, to streamline administrative tasks and manage office operations
• Play an active role in promoting career opportunities within the company and assist in building a cohesive team environment
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site

Qualifications

We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds, including hospitality and retail experience, who possess a drive to succeed. Property management experience is not required.
