About the role

This is a live-in position with night and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with diverse populations
• Manage multiple responsibilities within a dynamic environment
• Provide support in residence life, housing operations, student leadership, conflict mediation, and customer service

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. required
• One to three years of related experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Benefits

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison.

Pay

Minimum $44,300.00, Maximum $50,000.00
