Responsibilities
- Own the renewals process — proactively engage residents before leases expire and drive renewal rates
- Manage collections and delinquency — follow up on late payments professionally and decisively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident relations and issue resolution
- Cook up work orders with the maintenance team and ensure follow-through
- Plan and execute community events to drive resident engagement and retention
- Step in to run daily operations when the Community Director is unavailable
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across all functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience required
- Strong communicator — in person, by phone, and in writing
- Proven track record with renewals and collections
- Organized, detail-oriented, and moves with urgency
- Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000/year
