About the role
Assist the head coach in all aspects of a Division I women's rowing program committed to competitive excellence, athlete development, and a world-class student-athlete experience. The assistant coach will help foster a positive, high-performance team culture while supporting the athletic, academic, and personal growth of Boston University student-athletes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and developing student-athletes
- Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs
- Support the academic success of student-athletes
- Participate in team meetings and practices
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team dynamics
- Contribute to the overall success of the program through leadership and teamwork
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. and one to three years coaching and collegiate rowing experience
- Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, Patriot League, and University rules and regulations
