Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball

About the Role

This position will help lead the women's basketball program based around our athletic department core values. Responsibilities include attracting student-athletes who align with our rigorous academic standards and core values, practice and game planning execution, and building a championship culture for the program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily practice plans
• Conduct innovative statistical analysis
• Create and coach a full slate of college games in Florida
• Lead player mentorship and work with student-athletes to develop a mentorship program
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Experience as a program builder
• Strong communication and recruiting skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to be a positive influence
