Assistant Coach of Women's Basketball

Responsibilities

• Assisting the head coach in practice planning and execution
• Individual skill development
• Film Breakdown and Analysis
• Scouting reports
• Recruitment of Student-Athletes
• Aid in planning team events
• Social Media
• Equipment Management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required
• 1+ years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
• Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred
• Self-motivation, communication and organizational skills
• Passion for coaching and mentorship of a diverse student-athlete population

Pay

$35,100 per year

Schedule

9-month, 40-hour per week position

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required

1+ years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
