Responsibilities
- Assisting the head coach in practice planning and execution
- Individual skill development
- Film Breakdown and Analysis
- Scouting reports
- Recruitment of Student-Athletes
- Aid in planning team events
- Social Media
- Equipment Management
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required
- 1+ years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred
- Self-motivation, communication and organizational skills
- Passion for coaching and mentorship of a diverse student-athlete population

$35,100 per year
Schedule
9-month, 40-hour per week position

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required
1+ years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred
