Key Responsibilities
- Providing instruction, mentoring and guidance to student athletes to allow them to develop their athletic skills and abilities to maximum potential.
- Evaluating athletic ability and performance.
- Maintaining positive and professional relations with students, athletes, and alumni.
- Teaching safe and proper technique to beginning level players while challenging and integrating the skills of higher-level players.
- Being an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other all-hands-on-deck gatherings.
- Show a spirit of collaboration and community involvement, including volunteering when possible.
- Other duties as assigned.
Program Administrative Support
- Cooking scheduling, meals, transportation, etc for all team trips in conjunction with the head coach.
- Tracking team expenses and processing invoices.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Associate Director, Athletics. Works under general supervision. Supervisory Responsibilities None

Pay
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $2,000–$2,500 per season. This range reflects base pay only and does not include other potential compensation or benefits.
