Assistant Field Hockey Coach (part-time)

About the role

The Assistant Field Hockey Coach will support the head coach in developing and implementing the team’s training programs, game strategies, and overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and executing training sessions
• Develop game strategies and tactical plans
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and fitness
• Attend games and practices to provide guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain high standards of coaching and sportsmanship

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Experience with field hockey and familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
