Job Summary

The Athletic Coach position at Douglas County School District will oversee the development and execution of a competitive girls softball program. • Develop and implement a competitive girls softball program
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent Education
• Certifications (Previous coaching experience preferred)

• Ability to develop a competitive program committed to academics, fundamental skills, and sportsmanship

Pay

Minimum Hire Rate: $0.01 USD
Maximum Hire Rate: $5,000.00 USD
Full Salary Range: $0.01 USD - $10,000.00 USD

This is a seasonal position with 0 FTE and 0 scheduled hours per week. It is open until filled, but will not be open past October 21, 2026.
