About the role
An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be charged with the organization and implementation of a successful softball program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop a competitive program committed to creating student athletes who excel in academics, strong fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members to ensure the school stands out with pride.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
Position details
This is a seasonal, one-year-only position at Highlands Ranch High School with no fixed scheduled hours per week or days per year.
Pay
Stipend range: $0.01 – $5,000 USD (full stipend range up to $10,000 USD). Part-time stipends will be prorated according to assigned FTE.
