Assistant Coach for Co-ed Cross Country

Qualifications

• Strong background in the sport.
• Excellent role model.
• Dedicated to empowering Hispanic student-athletes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the mission of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.
• The ability to respond effectively to the needs of student-athletes.
• Minimum 21 years of age, driver’s license preferred.

Competencies

• Ability to use technology in support of instruction and athlete development.
• Commitment to working with a diverse student body.
• Familiarity with Spanish language and first-generation college-bound students preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate with others.
• Familiarity with current coaching and training methods.
• Organizational skills.
