Pay
Stipend: $3,706 - $4,429 (2025-28 Coaches Salary Schedule). Coaches and advisors who begin more than two weeks after their respective sport or activity begins will have their stipend prorated based on total days worked versus total days of the season or activity.
Must be at least 21 years old to serve as a Head Coach, and 19 years old to serve as an Assistant Coach.

If combined with another position (including substituting), an employee anticipated to work at least 630 hours in a school year (September 1 through August 31) may become eligible for benefits administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority under the School Employees Benefits Board.
