Requirements

• Current TB test (Tuberculosis) is mandatory for all employees.
• If your TB test was completed less than 12 months ago, a copy of the results is acceptable.
• If your TB test was completed more than 1 year ago, you must obtain a new test.
• Employees are responsible for the cost of the TB test.
