Assistant Coach - Boys Cross Country - HS
About the Role
An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be charged with the organization and implementation of a successful Boys Cross Country program at the high school level. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop a competitive program committed to creating student athletes who excel in academics, fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and community members to ensure the school represents pride within the community.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
Position Details
This is a seasonal, one-year-only position located at Chaparral High School. The position is not full-time (0.00 FTE) and does not have a set number of scheduled hours or days per year.
Pay
This position offers a stipend ranging from $0.01 USD to $5,000.00 USD, with a full salary range of $0.01 USD to $10,000.00 USD. All amounts are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE; part-time stipends will be prorated accordingly.
