Assistant Clinical Supervisor-LABA

Responsibilities

• Aid Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Develop interventions focused on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills, creating materials for various behavior programs.
• Train and consult families on implementing positive supports and behavioral interventions based on ABA principles and individual goals.
• Create goals across multiple areas such as communication, living skills, social skills, self-help skills, and leisure activities under supervision.
• Participate in the intake process, conduct observations, and prepare initial behavior assessments.
• Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports, and data, and provide periodic reviews of therapists' performance.
• Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOAs) to ensure data accuracy and coach therapists to minimize discrepancies.
• Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program or have a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
