Assistant Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Create materials for various behavior programs, including in-home therapy and schools.
• Train and consult families on implementing positive supports and behavioral interventions.
• Develop goals in areas such as communication, functional skills, social skills, self-help, and leisure activities.
• Participate in the intake process, observations, and preparation of behavior assessments.
• Shadow and observe Behavior Therapists, review progress reports, and provide feedback.
• Conduct therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program or have a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Behavior Therapist.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
