Assistant Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Develop interventions focused on positive practices to decrease interfering behavior and increase functional skills, including creating materials for various behavior programs.
• Provide ongoing training and consultation for families in implementing positive supports and behavioral interventions based on ABA principles.
• Assist in developing goals across multiple areas such as communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, and recreational and leisure skills, in collaboration with the clinical supervisor.
• Participate in the intake process, conduct observations, and prepare initial behavior assessments for clients.
• Shadow Behavior Therapists, review progress reports, and data, and provide periodic reviews of Behavior Therapists' performance, offering verbal and written feedback.
• Conduct Inter-Observer Agreements (IOA) to ensure accuracy of client data and coach Behavior Therapists to reduce data discrepancies.
• Provide therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's program or hold a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Behavior Therapist.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with children aged 2-18 with developmental disabilities.
