Your Role in Action Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed. Essential Qualifications 2+ years ABA experience (desired)1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluationsExpertise in assessment and intervention strategiesReport writing and documentation skills Core Skills & Strengths Strong clinical and leadership skillsCollaborative with multidisciplinary teamsProficient in Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated and organizedProfessional, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable in diverse in-home settingsEffective communicator with clients, families, and staff What You Need to Succeed!
