About the role

The Clinical Research Unit (CRU) at UW Health is a dedicated research facility conducting high-quality clinical research that includes a sample processing laboratory. This position provides support to the unit's day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Organize files
• Order supplies
• Handle correspondence
• Manage databases
• Provide general support to patients, families, clinicians, study team members and CRU staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a medical or customer service environment

Schedule

Part-time, 60% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
