About the role
The Assistant Clinical Manager under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager assumes both a clinical and management role. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the provision of patient care services within the department. Additionally, they assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. They also assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Two years RN experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan
- BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard
- Certifications appropriate for specific unit
