Assistant Clinical Manager - LDRPN - Full Time - Nights

General Summary

The Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the provision of patient care services within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager assists in developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Additionally, they assist in evaluating and disciplining personnel.

Education/Experience Required

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Two years RN experience
• Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, or Special Care Nursery experience preferred

Certifications/Licenses

• Current RN license in the State of Michigan
• BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard
• Certifications appropriate for specific unit
