Assistant Clinical Manager - CVICU - Full Time - Nights

Position Summary

The Assistant Clinical Manager coordinates the operations of the patient care area for the shift and manages the patient flow. The Assistant Clinical Manager applies nursing process and theories, as well as principles of psycho-social and physical sciences, in assessing, planning, diagnosing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying patient care utilizing evidence-based practices.

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to sit, stand, stoop, and walk for long periods of time.
• The team member will need to frequently assist lifting patients and equipment.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, and be capable of critical thinking, making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated.
• Able to push/pull up to 20lbs, carry and lift up to 20lbs.
