Responsibilities
- Prepare and process all types of bonds as requested
- Request and follow-up with clients for Pre-Renewal Information
- Process new business, renewals, audits, endorsements etc. received from insurance carriers in our agency management system with Account Premium of $100,000 - $199,999
- Handle tasks for accounts needing special handling
- Affiliate with required supplementary applications as needed
- Remarket policies to various carriers online for team as needed
- Bind policies with carriers under the direction of the Client Advisor
- Attend renewal/new business meetings with team as requested
- Create, edit and finalize various types of proposals and coverage comparison spreadsheets for Client Advisor as requested
- Create, edit and finalize spreadsheet allocations for insureds included but not limited to premium, locations, vehicles, entities etc.
- Compute and initiate premium finance contracts as needed
- Complete loss analysis based on loss history received from carriers
- Complete Bid Specifications Worksheets based on insured's contracts as needed and assist with quoting ancillary policies such as OCPs, Builders Risk, etc.
- Afford assistance with the facilitation of the Service/Stewardship Plan
- Follow up on outstanding loss control services as needed
- Maintain tasks in WorkSmart
- Accept and initiate contact with clients (initial contact or back-up) via email or telephone
- Have a basic understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Placement; complete Affidavits & Total Cost Forms
- Afford assistance with client billing inquiries - call carriers and provide information to clients
- Resolve premium account differences for your accounts
- Create various Master Certificate Templates in CSR24
- Analyze insurance requirements on requests for Certificates of Insurance and determine if coverage is in place or policies need to be endorsed
- Manage pre-determined book of business as the Primary Contact; Accounts under $5,000 in Revenue
- Work closely and communicate daily with Client Advisors, Account Executives and Producers for assistance and guidance
