Duties
Our teaching team is responsible for several key tasks.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each child's learning needs.
- Build strong relationships with our students' families, listening to their concerns and celebrating their achievements.
- Maintain a positive, creative, and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Successful state background check and health assessments are mandatory.
- High school diploma is the minimum educational requirement.
- Enrollment in, or completion of Early Childhood Development coursework is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- While not necessary, a Child Development Associate Certification is highly valued.
- A year of teaching or childcare experience is preferred.
