Responsibilities
with
- each bullet.
Qualifications: Education And Experience.
Skills? Not explicit but maybe technical training etc. Could include under Qualifications.
Benefits: Relocation Assistance is Available. Also maybe Bonus Eligible. So we can have Benefits section with
- Bonus eligible
- Relocation assistance available
.
Pay: Pay Range: $65,000-$72,000 + Bonus Eligible. So Pay section with Pay range: $65,000-$72,000, bonus eligible.
maybe also mention exempt salaried.
Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO line at end. Also remove duplicated lines? Not many.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Include driving required, screening required, exempt salaried.
We can put those in a under About the role? Or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to have a short
after heading? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it.
Thus we can have sections: Pay, Benefits, Qualifications, Responsibilities. Possibly also a short
for driving requirement etc. Could be under Qualifications or Responsibilities? Driving required is a requirement, maybe under Qualifications as a bullet? But it's not a list; could be a
. We'll include a short
under Qualifications after education/experience.
We must not create sections with filler. So only include sections where we have content.
Let's craft:

We need to ensure no duplicate lines. The bullet list includes many items; some are repetitive like "Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently" appears twice (once in core work activities and later in HR activities). We should keep only one occurrence? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate identical lines. Let's identify duplicates:
- "Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently." appears in core work activities (second bullet) and later in HR activities (near end). We'll keep one.
- "Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with associates." appears in core work activities (fifth bullet) and later in HR activities (second to last bullet). Keep one.
- "Supervises the day to day operations of Engineering and related departments." appears in core work activities (eleventh bullet) and maybe not elsewhere.
- "Assists in managing the physical plant..." appears once.
- "Maintaining Property Standards" bullet is a heading? Actually it's a sentence: "Maintaining Property Standards Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required." That's one bullet.
- "Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service" bullet is a heading? Actually it's a sentence: "Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service." That's one bullet.
- "Conducting Human Resources Activities" bullet is a heading? Actually it's a sentence: "Conducting Human Resources Activities Participates in interviewing and hiring of team members with the appropriate skills." That's one bullet.
We need to split the long sentences into separate bullets? The original text had each bullet as a sentence but some contain multiple clauses. We'll keep as given but ensure no duplicate exact strings.
Let's extract the list from the posting:
"Supporting management of Property Operations"
"Supervises distribution of repair work orders."
"Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently."
"Assists in effectively planning, scheduling and evaluating preventative maintenance programs."
"Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with associates."
"Monitors timeliness and quality of completion of repair work orders."
"Supervises Engineering and related areas in absence of the Director of Engineering."
"Assists in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems."
"Ensures that regular on-going communication occurs with associates to create awareness of business objectives, communicate expectations and recognize performance."
"Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment."
"Selects and order or purchase new equipment, supplies, and furnishings."
"Supervises the day to day operations of Engineering and related departments."
"Maintaining Property Standards Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required."
"Maintains accurate logs and records as required."
"Operates generators and fire pumps as necessary."
"Provides emergency response services 24/7."
"Repairs equipment (e.g., refrigeration, laundry) as necessary."
"Ensures all associates have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms."
"Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service."
"Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement."
"Sets a positive example for guest relations."
"Conducting Human Resources Activities Participates in interviewing and hiring of team members with the appropriate skills."
"Uses all available on the job training tools to train new associates and provide follow-up training as necessary."
"Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position."
"Conducts a departmental orientation program for associates to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job."
"Ensures associates understand Company, Resort and Departmental expectations and parameters."
"Ensures associates are cross-trained to support successful daily operations."
"Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with associates and ensures associates do the same with them."
"Schedules associates to business demands and tracks associate time and attendance."
"Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to policy."
"Observes service behaviors of associates and provides feedback to individuals."
"Ensures associate recognition is taking place on all shifts."
"Solicits associate feedback, utilizes an "open door" policy, and reviews associate satisfaction results to identify and address associate problems or concerns."
"Participates in associate progressive discipline procedures."
"Reviews associate satisfaction results."
Now we need to deduplicate:
- "Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently." appears as bullet 3 and also later as "Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to policy." Not identical; the latter adds extra clause. So not duplicate.
- "Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with associates." appears bullet 5 and later "Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with associates and ensures associates do the same with them." Not identical.
Thus no exact duplicates besides maybe "Supervises the day to day operations of Engineering and related departments." appears only once.
Thus we can keep all.
Now format as - each.
We need to ensure proper punctuation inside li.
Now produce final HTML fragment.
Check for any boilerplate: EEO line at end removed.
Also remove "Driving is required for this position; screening will be required." we placed in Qualifications.
Also "This is an exempt position and will be paid on a salaried basis in accordance with state and federal law." we placed in Pay.
