Responsibilities
- Performing preventative and repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.
- Covering multiple properties within the same complex.
- Performing and/or overseeing major repairs and preventative maintenance work.
- Ensuring operation quality standards are achieved and maintained.
Requirements
- EPA certification in refrigerant handling
- Proficient in HVAC trouble shooting and repair
- Basic skills in light plumbing, electrical & general building maintenance
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance / Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
- HVAC Certification (Required)
