Assistant Chief Engineer

About the role

Hampton is seeking a Hotel Assistant Chief Engineer to join their team of professionals. This position covers multiple properties located within the same complex and responsibilities include performing preventative and repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or oversee major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure operation quality standards are achieved and maintained

Requirements

• EPA certification in refrigerant handling
• Proficient in HVAC trouble shooting and repair
• Basic skills in light plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance
• HVAC Certification (Required)

Qualifications

• Maintenance/Engineer experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay

Starting at $55,000 per year, based on experience
