Job Description

Help maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

Inspect rooms and equipment, identify issues, and assist with repairs.

Assist with preventive maintenance planning and tracking.

Makes sure your team has the supplies and tools they need.

Help schedule the engineering team based on business needs.

Follow and report on all safety procedures and equipment issues.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
  • Basic computer skills (use of work order systems and company tools).
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
  • Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • HVAC certification and hotel experience are a plus.
