About the Role
Clear Lake – AMG Specialty Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Chief Clinical Officer as a member of the administrative team. In this role, you will participate in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital. You will have responsibility for the management of all nursing practices and must possess knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care, leadership and management strategies, and performance improvement concepts. You will also contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Manage all nursing practices within the facility.
- Participate in administrative decision-making, policy development, and strategic planning.
- Apply current leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts to nursing care.
- Develop and implement strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.
Requirements
- Current Texas Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in nursing administration.
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
