Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust cheese-making processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform routine inspections of raw materials and finished products to maintain food safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to cheese production.
• Document all activities and results in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cheese production or related field.
• Knowledge of cheese-making techniques and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using cheese-making equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
