Assistant Cheerleading Coach

About the role

The HERGET Middle School Cheerleading Assistant Coach position is available starting October 13, 2025, and ending December 19, 2025. The work schedule is from 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing the cheerleading team
• Support the head coach in planning and executing practices and competitions
• Encourage and motivate students to improve their skills and teamwork

Requirements

• Previous coaching or cheerleading experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with children and adolescents

Skills

• Knowledge of cheerleading routines and techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively
