Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist- $5,000 Bonus

About the role

Our organization is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead and provide an exceptional patient care experience as an assistant center manager. This role serves as a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outpatient therapy team
• Coach, guide, support, and train staff for development and growth
• Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts
• Aid in the management and resolution of employee relations issues
• Develop strategies to increase profitability
• Provide an exceptional patient care experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Passion for patient care and professional development

Pay

$80,000-$94,000/year. Rate increases pending experience. Plus a $5,000 Bonus
