About the role

This role manages daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency in finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling and overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner aligned with clinical outcomes. The Assistant Center Administrator is responsible for new hire orientation, hiring and performance assessments of all treatment center staff except BCBAs, and works closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts in evaluating and developing existing and new therapy services. Schedules are blocked one month in advance for staff and clients, and staffing is critical to ensure appropriate pairing with clients. Treatment center hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics and facility growth
  • Approve all tours assigned by Intake
  • Maintain a clean, well-kept facility with all issues addressed within 24 hours
  • Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary
  • Complete all new hire onboarding within the first three days of employment
  • Confirm accurate coding, staff development and training
  • Communicate with parents and staff to ensure optimal center performance

Requirements

  • Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background
  • Operations management experience including client management and management of others
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or one to three years of experience in a related field
  • Understanding of P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes and collections
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results
  • Superior organization, prioritization and self-motivation skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
  • Must be present at the center during business hours
