This role is ideal for someone just starting in the restaurant world, seeking to go beyond understanding the menu. The focus is on creating a great experience, allowing guests to enjoy their food and ambiance by anticipating and fulfilling their needs before they ask.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist servers with table service, including running food and serving beverages
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner

Requirements

• Prior experience highly preferred
• A proactive and friendly demeanor
• Ability to clear flatware and dishware, clean tables, and replace linens
