Seasonal Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of hotel guest rooms and public areas including ensuring guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy, and inviting for guests.
• Making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, sweeping floors, and vacuuming carpets.
• Restocking and replacing toiletries, towels, and other amenities.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Performing general cleaning of all surfaces in the resort.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms to varying levels to meet requirements.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment.
• Able to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate the needs of residents.
