Assistant Business Office Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cash collections
  • Payroll
  • Accurate reporting of same to corporate personnel
  • Collection for Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care (Room and Board, Private Pay and ancillaries) claims
  • Assisting employees during benefits enrollment
  • Aid with select onboarding duties for new employees

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in reviewing payroll and cash collections
  • Preferred: experience with Point Click Care
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel

Work Schedule
