ABOM Responsibilities
The ABOM will assist the Business Office Manager with managing billing and collections as well as ensuring financial success of the facility. This position also assists with directing the overall administrative, billing, and accounting functions of the Business Office in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
ABOM Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing billing, AR, and collections processes in a SNF setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- PCC experience preferred.
