About the Role

Manages a business activity as an assistant manager, supervising assigned staff and representing the activity to the public. Recommends and enforces operating procedures for a Food and Beverage Facility. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities, and revenue improvements.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required
• Must meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements
• One-year probationary period may be required
• Must satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
• Subject to a Tier 1 background investigation, including Supervisor of Minor Checks
• Pre-employment physical required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a government vehicle for bank runs and outdoor events
• Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors
• Uniform and name tags are provided and required
• Operation is 7 days a week; shift may vary due to mission
• Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

Resumes must clearly demonstrate relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities. A qualified candidate must possess:

• Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed

Highly preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of six (6) months supervisory experience
• Cash handling experience
• Food service experience

This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
