About the role
The Assistant Bursar is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing customer service to students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Process tuition payments and refunds
- Manage student accounts and financial aid disbursements
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain financial records and reports
- Provide customer service to students and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a financial management role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of financial systems and software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
