About the role

The Assistant Bursar is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing customer service to students and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Process tuition payments and refunds
  • Manage student accounts and financial aid disbursements
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain financial records and reports
  • Provide customer service to students and staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a financial management role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial systems and software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
