Assistant Building Surveyor

Salary £33,835 - £41,450 per annum plus an excellent range of benefits including car allowance. Location: Myddelton House, Enfield. Permanent position, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

About the role

The award-winning Lee Valley Regional Park stretches 26 miles along the River Lee, from Ware in Hertfordshire, through Essex, to the Thames at East India Dock Basin. It features diverse landscapes and open spaces, including heritage sites, nature reserves, a 1,000-acre country park, built facilities like the Twin Pad Ice Rink and Velodrome, marinas, campsites, riding stables, and the White Water Centre built for the London 2012 Olympic Games.

We are currently working on high-profile sporting, leisure, environmental partnerships, and investment development opportunities. This role involves joining a multi-disciplined Asset Maintenance team at our Enfield office to help manage our buildings and assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance for both residential and public buildings.

Requirements

• Associate Member of RICS or equivalent practical experience.
• Financially astute and computer literate.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
